Donna GiglioI moved to Palm Coast when it was a sleepy little town back in 1989.  Prior to the move, I was born and raised on Long Island and taught elementary school in Queens NY.  I realized while on my visits here to spend holidays and vacations with my family, Palm Coast was just the place I was looking for: affordable, clean, friendly, and full of possibilities.  I moved here, continued my teaching career, and I haven’t looked back.  I love it here!  Now that I’m retired, I want to continue to give to my community in another way, and that’s what brought me to become involved in the Democratic Club.  My hope is to keep our town vibrant with a forward-looking vision, which is everything I felt it was when I first settled into Palm Coast living.
