Candidates require a certain number of petitions to get their names on the ballot. Because of coronavirus, candidates cannot canvas door-to-door. Thankfully, Florida candidates are now allowed to collect these signatures online.
Please help our Democratic Candidates get on the ballot as follows:
- Click on each of the candidates’ names below to download the petition. Print the form, fill out the required information, and remember to clearly SIGN and DATE it. Please note that you can use EITHER your birth date OR your voter registration number — you don’t need both. If you can, scan the completed petitions in and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you can’t scan and email, please mail them to:
Flagler County Democrats
2 Office Park Drive, Suite D
Palm Coast, FL 32137
- If you cannot scan or email the petitions, please call (386) 864-1510, and we will come and pick them up. You can leave them at your front door.
